How do I return an item?

it is highly recommended you purchase a Return label that has a Tracking and/or Trace Number as we are not responsible  for the returned item until it has been received and deemed exchangeable.

We do not offer returns.  Our exchange policy is available only if item is returned in its original packaging within 15 days of the purchase date.
